Katharina Stechl combines extensive expertise in business and human rights with an academic background in tourism management and hands-on experience in development cooperation and communications across various countries. For over five years, she has been working as a Program Manager for the Roundtable Human Rights in Tourism, where she has initiated, implemented, and led numerous pilot projects, guidelines, trainings, tools, and events. By facilitating diverse perspectives, she helps stakeholders integrate human rights into their work in a meaningful and practical way. Additionally, she delivers keynote speeches and moderates panels on sustainable and responsible tourism at leading industry events such as ITB Berlin.
